I just found this great service, Feed My Inbox. All you have to do is enter the feed url from your favorite blog and you will be notified by email when there is something new posted. To find the feed url, just follow their simple instructions here. When you confirm your first feed, you can sign up to organize and review your feeds. This makes it super easy to confirm a bunch of feeds at once. Oh and the best part is it's free!
